Then, send us a screenshot of the product or your cart so that we can quickly and accurately confirm your order. The buy button will take you directly to our Instagram account. Optionally, our staff, whom you can contact anonymously, will find and inform you about the most suitable secret delivery method.

When you complete your communication with our staff for the order, if you have chosen this method, you will be sent an IBAN information. Don't worry if your name is visible when you make a payment here! Our financial bot will solve this for you. This system will transfer your money from the account you made the payments to the seller account without the need for any human. Thus, your shopping process will be completed without anyone having access to your name.

You can pay in cash depending on the city you are in. If we support cash payment in your city, we accept payments up to 500 TL without a deposit. For payments over 500 TL, we take 50% of the fee as a deposit via IBAN. We take the remaining amount in cash at the point of delivery.

We only need to know whether you are 18 years old or older and any nickname we will use until delivery. We do not request any identity information when you contact us for your order. Depending on the city you are in, we provide delivery by hand delivery at the point you specify or by sending it to the cargo branch under your nickname.

Since suppliers who prioritize quality and hygiene are located abroad, we can complete delivery within 3-7 business days.

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it if you have not opened the package yet for hygiene reasons. If the package has been opened, the return process will be initiated if you inform us that the product was sent with a clear fault. (You must support it with a photo.) When you deliver the faulty product to us, our team will check the product and your money will be transferred to your account within 3 business days by our financial bot.
